To ensure the safety of our guests, we have established the following rules for use at our facility, and we ask for your cooperation in adhering to them. If you do not abide by the rules, you will be refused entry.
1.Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the facility. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in the guest rooms and on the terrace, and bringing cigarette butts into the rooms is also prohibited. Please note that if you do not abide by these rules, you will be charged a penalty equivalent to the accommodation fee and an amount equivalent to the damages.
2. Please refrain from using fire in the guest rooms, except for equipment provided for villa rentals.
3.Any actions that could cause a fire are prohibited. Bringing in flammable or explosive materials, such as gunpowder or volatile oils, is also prohibited. In addition, please refrain from bringing in any of the following items that may cause inconvenience to other guests:
- Animals, birds
- Items exceeding the normal amount
- Something that emits a foul odor
- Unlicensed firearms, swords, etc.
4. Please make sure that your room is locked when you leave it during your stay. Please lock the door from the inside when you are in your room or when you go to sleep. If you have a visitor, please check who it is.
5. We do not allow anyone other than guests to use the hotel facilities. Please refrain from meeting visitors on the premises (including guest rooms).
6. The villa will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur in the pool.
7. Fire extinguishing, gambling, and any other behavior that disrupts public morals or causes inconvenience to neighbors or others are prohibited.
8. Please refrain from moving any equipment or fixtures in the guest room.
9. Guests are not permitted to take away any items from the guest room. If any items are damaged or missing at the time of check-out, the guest will be charged the amount of the damages.
10. Please refrain from distributing advertising materials, posting notices, selling goods, soliciting, or other business activities on the premises without permission, as well as distributing flyers, collecting signatures, and holding meetings.
11. Minors are not permitted to stay alone unless specifically permitted by their guardians.
12. Water outages and power outages during accommodation due to natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.) will be considered acts of force majeure, and no refunds will be given for accommodation fees.
13. In order to ensure the safety and privacy of our guests, the use, flying, and photography of small unmanned aircraft (drones, radio-controlled aircraft, etc.) operated by individuals within the controlled area is prohibited without the permission of the Hotel.
